Overview

At Kxeta Health, I led design from zero to one across web and mobile. Built a cohesive design system and unified brand identity that brought consistency across the entire healthtech experience.

I drove UX research, wireframing, and prototyping to validate ideas early. Paired with iterative testing, this kept design decisions user-informed, technically feasible, and aligned with business goals.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Led design from zero to one across web and mobile, owning the full product design process.

  • Built a cohesive design system and unified brand identity across the healthtech experience.

  • Drove UX research, wireframing, and prototyping. Validated ideas early through iterative testing.

  • Partnered cross-functionally to align design decisions with business goals and technical constraints.

Impact

  • Surpassed MRR goals by 125% and drove a 30% increase in monthly active users.

  • Reduced CAC by 25% and increased ARPU by 25% through user-centered design improvements.

  • Led product from concept to launch, overseeing execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Reflections

Kxeta was where I learned that design has to answer to the spreadsheet, not just the user. MRR, CAC, ARPU, these weren't metrics I tracked for reporting. They were how I knew if a design decision actually worked. That habit of tying every design choice to a business outcome stuck.
